Pankaj Ingole is Journalist/Anchor for more than two decades. He started his career with print media. After working for Weekly Lokrang, Loksatta, Lokmat, The Hitvada he moved to electronic media.
He started his TV Anchoring career with ETv Marathi at Ramoji Film City Hyderabad. In January 2007 ‘Zee 24 Taas’, first 24/7 Marathi News channel launched in Mumbai. Pankaj was part of launching team as an Anchor. He worked in Zee Network for next 7 years. In December 2013, he joined ‘News Express’ as a Senior Producer. He has also worked with ‘Mi Marathi’ as Sr. Anchor/Producer. Later he joined then upcoming channel ‘Maharashtra 1’ with Sr. Journalist Nikhil Wagle. He also did a few interviews for Saam Tv and Max Maharashtra.
In 2016, he established the Callidus Media & Arts Academy in Pune. It is the only academy which gives professional training of television and digital media. In past 7 years several students of Callidus have proven their mettle in leading media platforms. Right from BBC to TOD and ABP to TV9, Callidus students are shining.
Pankaj is also Executive Director of Yuvak Biradari (Bharat). He has been honoured with the best district youth award by Nehru Yuva Kendra. He has also been honoured with state level journalism award.
Poonam has worked as a News Anchor/journalist in the channels E TV, Mi Marathi and ABP Majha. She is currently the Director of Callidus Media and Arts Academy. Poonam has acted in the Marathi film 'Sunder Majha Ghar' and the Hindi film 'Youngistan'. She is also a voice over artist and has trained many students in voice modulation. She has appeared as a mentor and motivational speaker in many business seminars across the country.
Poonam has 17 years’ experience in electronic media. Earlier she was working as an Interior Designer in Kolhapur. In January 2006 she gave an audition for ETv News Anchor and get selected. In 2008, she joined ABP Majha, Mumbai as Associate Editor/Reporter. She also worked in ‘Mi Marathi’ channel as an Anchor/Producer.
Poonam did cameo role in Hindi movie ‘Youngistaan’ as News Anchor. She also acted in the Marathi film ‘Sundar Majha Ghar’. She did compere for several freelance shows. Poonam is also a trained voice over artist and has trained many students in voice modulation. She has appeared as a mentor and motivational speaker in many business seminars across the country.
She is currently the Director of Callidus Media and Arts Academy. She also holds the charge of Vice President of Pune Yuvak Biradari.
